The Lion Network was opened on 21st December 2006.
Lions are creatures I have loved all my life, and are by far my most favourite creatures alive.
The Lion King was what started my adoration for these beautiful animals off. Simba is a character that remains very close to my heart, and I love him just as much as Yuu Yuu Hakusho & Xemnas.
When I was very young, I was allowed inside a cage and play with a baby lion cub (With the Zoo keeper staff and my mother, of course!). Alas, the zoo no longer allow this to be done now, which is a shame, as I would love to do it again now
