Near Kingdom Hearts
When we next see Xemnas, excluding Final Mix + cutscenes, he's gazing up at Kingdom Hearts, and speaking to it. He asks Kingdom Hearts to share it's power
with all nobodies, using the hearts they have collected for it. As he finishes his short speech, Saïx appears.
He asks Xemnas if Kingdom Hearts is ready, so he can now finish off Sora & the gang.
As Xemnas replies positively, Saïx smiles deviously.

After Saïx's defeat, Ansem the Wise begins to get ready to destroy Kingdom Hearts.
Xemnas appears behind him, and lets them know that he was wondering who would mess with his beloved Kingdom Hearts.
He then lets Ansem know he looks pathetic, and begins to torture him by informing him all of this is down to him.
Ansem agrees to this, and does not deny how foolish he was. As Xemnas continues by reminding him that he has surpassed him. Xemnas also understands that Ansem has the pain of having a heart, and that he cannot control it,
and bows to him. As Ansem sees that Xemnas is beyond help, he takes his own life to prevent Xemnas from creating his own world.
Xemnas leaves the area to avoid getting injured, and the others (reluctanly) run away as well, as Ansem sacrifices himself.
